Installation

Sauna Installation Service can be required in Melbourne and Sydney Metropolitan areas (Plug not included)
It takes 6-8 hours to install. Please reach out to our team for a quote.

NOTE: Plug not included, it requires a certified electrician to install power.
Proper installation requires the services of a licensed electrician so the sauna can be connected to your mains. Due to the high power requirements of this unit, a standard 10AMP wall outlet will not provide sufficient power.
*4.5kw heater requires 30-40AMP outlet in single/three-phase power
*6kw heater requires 40-63AMP outlet in three-phase power

The barrel sauna must be installed on a level surface. If it is placed on grass or a path with small gravel, customers are required to install concrete surfaces in outdoor areas at their own expense. This is necessary to prevent the support racks from sinking into the grass, mud, or gravel. It is required to apply a coat of decking oil to the wood to protect it from the elements and prevent cracking or warping. It is essential to perform regular maintenance every 3 months to 6 months.

Shipping and Delivery

The product will arrive flat-packed and may be packaged with more than one carton. If you wish to have this item professionally installed, kindly reach out to our team at [email protected]. to organise an installation. An additional installation fee will be charged separately from the product price.

It also cannot be picked up by the customer from the TWL HQ in Adelaide, however, select locations have pickup options at the nearest Kylin Sauna Depot. Should you prefer this arrangement, please coordinate with our team before placing the order.

Each order is dispatched 15-20 business days after placing the order. The dispatch and installation timeframe may change depending on the stock availability.

Depending on your location, please allow 5-12 business days for delivery.

Warranty

• For indoor saunas, Kylin provides a 5-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty for residential use; a 1-year parts warranty, and a 6-month labor warranty for commercial use.
• For outdoor saunas, Kylin offers a 3‐year parts warranty and a 1‐year labor warranty for residential use; a 1‐year parts warranty and a 6‐month labor warranty for commercial use.

If the indoor sauna is placed outdoors, the location must be fully sheltered and protected from the weather, otherwise the warranty will be void. 

Returns & Exchanges

As Kylin Sauna is a large and oversized item, please understand that there will be no returns for the sauna because of huge delivery costs. Please do not hesitate to contact us if, for some reason, you are not satisfied with our products.

When receiving your item, please check for any visible damage made during delivery not later than 2 days after the delivery. If there are any rare cases of defective items, please email photos and a detailed description of the circumstances of a defect.
